Our hire service is per day, with options of pickup from our store at 14 Elms St, Stoke, Nelson or
we can deliver within the Nelson region (Atawhai to Brightwater) for $60.

Mobile Video Conference Stand
The monitor is a 47″ professional panel with video conference camera mounted to a mobile stand on casters.
The stand has a fixed shelf for your computer or other source device, there are two HDMI cables fitted so you can switch between to sources, there are also DVI, VGA and Composite connections on the panel. There is a power board behind the panel to plug in your sources, an Ethernet cable for fixed network connection and remote control.
The camera connects to your computer via USB and has a remote for you to be able to pan, tilt and zoom in and out. Able to be used with most video conferencing software including, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Weekdays $199/day
Weekends $299

Hired equipment is charged in 24hr blocks. If you hire equipment for less than 24hrs the minimum 24hr charge applies.
If the hired equipment is returned after purchased hire period, another days hire will be charged.
If there is any damage to the equipment during the hire period you are liable for the costs of repair, by our choice of repair agent.
