Having an event and need a Projector? We have you covered.
Our hire service is per day, with options of pickup from our store at 14 Elms St, Stoke, Nelson or
we can deliver within the Nelson region (Atawhai to Brightwater) for $60.

Portable Projector Hire
The projector is a small 2000 lumen laser projector , supplied in a rugged carry case which also contains connection cables as listed below.

Items included in rugged case:
1x Laser Projector
1x 2m HDMI Cable
1x 1m RCA to 3.5mm jack audio cable
1x 10m Audio Extension Cable
1x 0.5m Short 3.5mm jack audio cable
1x 4m Power Cable
1x Connection Guide

Projector throw (distance from front of projector to screen) using supplied screen is 2.3m to 3m depending on projector zoom setting.

Standard Hire Rates:
Weekdays $129/Day
Weekends $199
Plus any optional extras as outlined below

Optional extras you can include in the hire:
+ A 100″ Pull up Projector Screen, this is a retractable screen, which latches down to form an easy to carry case.
+ A USB-C to HDMI adaptor, used for laptops with a USB-C connection instead of HDMI (please note the USB-C port on your computer must support video output, with either of the icons shown below next to the port)
+ A Microsoft Wireless Video Caster. This allows you to wirelessly cast from your PC to the projector. This unit produces it’s own connection so is independent to your network.

Terms & conditions of hire:
These are additional terms and conditions to our standard terms and conditions which you can view here.
Hired equipment is charged in 24hr blocks. If you hire equipment for less than 24hrs the minimum 24hr charge applies.
If the hired equipment is returned after purchased hire period, another days hire will be charged.
If there is any damage to the equipment during the hire period you are liable for the costs of repair, by our choice of repair agent.
